Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dominican Republic: 1–5 business days
  • United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
